Therapy Options

If you are struggling with a problem and you are ready to make changes in your life then I want to work with you to make it happen. I have created several therapy options to fit your circumstances.

I offer a free, no obligation 30 minute telephone consultation to answer any questions you may have about my approach.  This is also an opportunity for me to assess whether I will be able to help you.

Once you have decided to proceed there are several ways that we can work together depending on what suits you.

Face to Face Session

I see most of my clients face-to-face.  The first therapy session is normally about 90 minutes as I need to take a case history and discuss a treatment plan.  Subsequent sessions last about an hour.  Following the sessions I may send you additional material to support the work we have done such as a note of the actions we have agreed, a bespoke recording or guidance notes.

Planned Face to Face Sessions

Some of my clients want to guarantee that they can see me at the same time every week over a set period.  This can be suitable for an issue such as weight loss or anxiety.  For those clients I offer a pre-booked series of 6 therapy sessions over 8 weeks or 10 sessions over 12 weeks.

Skype Session

If you do not live or work in London, it may be difficult for you to come and see me.  Other clients in this situation have had sessions with me over Skype. These are very effective.
